Khan Bahadur Abdul Majid
Gaibandha town of Khan Bahadur Abdul Majid was born in 1880 near the village of komaranai said. Khan Bahadur Abdul Majid was a member of the Rangpur District Board and Local Board and an honorary magistrate . He was one of the few who was awarded the title of ' Khan Bahadur ' in the whole of East Bengal during the British rule .
Hamid Uddin Khan
Hamid Uddin Khan was the first elected vice chairman of Gaibandha municipality. During the Pakistan movement, he relinquished the title ' Khan Sahib ' given to him by the English . He later joined the Muslim League and actively participated in politics .
Shah Abdul Hamid:
Shah Abdul Hamid is one of the children of Gaibandha . He was born in 1900 in Gobindaganj upazila of Gaibandha district . He was the first speaker of the Constituent Assembly of East Bengal (present day Bangladesh) . Gaibandha Stadium was named after him " Shah Abdul Hamid Stadium " .
Kazi Mohammad Badruddoza
The 1927 Gaibandha Sadar upazila on 1 January P , believed Road ancestral home birth is accepted. Since its inception in 1965, an American from the University of the P , H , D, and from the University of Lund in Sweden Genetic and Plant Breeding was awarded a diploma. Kazi Guava is a huge size guava that has gained popularity all over the country today . This guava is named after him " Kazi Guava " .
